Appearance: Genkaku is rather average compared to almost every other male his age. Well..actually, he wouldn't know, seeing as he's never actually met another one. Either way, he stands at Five foot and seven inches. His body is rather thin, but actually quite toned from all the the constant walking he does daily. If you stripped him down and checked every inch [please don't], you would not find even a single inch with puppy fat, simply showing how hard he works. keeps his very light brown, blonde tinged hair in numerous length of spikes, which seem to look like somebody had stuck numerous different pine-cones off some sort atop his pretty little head. They vary greatly in size and length, though the ones closest to his eyes are a lot longer, and would cover said eyes completely if it were not for the multi-colored, thick woolen bandana he wears here to make sure just that doesn't happen.Like many of his kind, he does possess a scar, it's not very large, or think by any means but it is there, there being from just above the right side of his left eyebrow, down to the top of his cheekbone on the same side. Okay..so maybe it is quite long. Unless one were to investigate why he keeps his hair so long and proper, they would never know. As a matter of fact, he likes it this way. To cover most of his shame, the boy wears a deep, plum purple shirt which holds large, circular sleeves and a handsome gold stitching around the five buttons which cover only a cute little mesh top. Under this stands his amazingly sculpted torso, which for a boy of his age, is remarkably toned, already having the workings of muscle. Finally, he wears a very small silver necklace which holds a picture of a black-haired female who appears a few years younger than himself.

Personality: Genkaku tends to usually act very submissive, which seems to pick him out from most of his kind. He's actually quite shy, quiet, and artistic at quite a few things. Though, really he can also display un-faltering bravery in the face of danger, and a sharp wit and intellect quite far beyond his years. Genkaku was alone for a good part of his early years, causing him to hate and detest being alone for long period's of time. He also dislikes nights, because this was the time his father was killed, along with his elder brother. One of his oddest of personality traits is the overwhelming need not to show any weakness of any kind. This is one of the many reasons he seems to have some sort of cleaning disorder, meaning he cleans any area anyone has ever so much as stepped inside of. He can also be very sarcastic at the worst times. Where as others might be scared in a fight with a much stronger opponent, Genkaku would use his wit to anger or otherwise humiliate the opponent into making mistakes that could turn the tide of the battle to his favor.

The last 'major' part of his personality is that he is quite strategic in that he never usually makes the first move in combat, and would usually wait for his opponent to attack him, or to otherwise advance in any way before deciding on what to do, and can be rather controlling if on a team.

Its powers allow Genkaku to see through solid objects and in any visibility, create illusions with chakra circulatory systems [Which means basically causing the user to think they have hundreds of times more chakra than they really do, easily exhausting them, or the complete opposite, causing them to make themselves retreat quickly.] and partially predict upcoming attacks, though not to a level where the user would automatically know they are about to be attacked, more that the user knows what sort of attack the user is about to use in advance. It also allows him to create illusionary chakra systems within objects [Which causes other dojutsu users to pick up on the objects and think they are humans]. Genkaku's vision is also able to locate and track others by sensing chakra, pick up chakra from long distances, and notice changes in an individual's chakra. It is also able to sense how many of them are present. Finally, he can also see one's life force, and then transfer part of his own life force to the injured person. [There. It has no link between EITHER of the dojutsu, and has no other links besides gan. ^-^]

Clan History: All that is really known about this Kekkai Genkai is that the users eyes are quite similar to that of some other Dojutsu, which might hint at a link in the three clans histories. The members of this clan are usually quite short, and some have underlying mental or physical disabilities. They are also very pale, and always have either black or light/dark brown hair, never blonde or red. They aren't a very close knit clan, and are usually separated into small 'family' of ninja and their wives, husbands and children. They usually develop their dojutsu around the ages or eight to thirteen, but the person must train for year upon year just to control it's basic abilities, though certain members may take a shorter or longer period of time.

The Kage Bunshin distributes the ninja's chakra evenly among the clones and creates a real copy with form and substance. The clone itself can also utilize any jutsu the original ninja knows. When the clone finally disperses, any new knowledge it has gained is passed back to the original ninja and any additional clones. This makes Kage Bunshin an excellent training method if the ninja has the chakra capacity and stamina to maintain the Kage Bunshins for an extended period of time. This allows the ninja to essentially reduce the time it takes to train and learn with each clone added. This is especially true when used with Tajuu Kage Bunshin.

It is first revealed in the series by Zabuza Momochi and copied at the same time by Kakashi Hatake (although it is possible that he already knew the jutsu). This jutsu needs 42 hand seals, the most amount of hand seals necessary to use a jutsu shown in the series. Another drawback to the technique is that it requires the user to be near a large body of water to complete the technique. However, Tobirama Senju was able to produce one far from water and with only one hand seal, which was a testament to his skill and one of the reasons why he was selected as Hokage.

Unfortunately, a body's cells can only split a certain number of times in a lifetime. By speeding up this process Tsunade is shortening her natural lifespan. To what degree is unknown, but what's clear is that it isn't great enough to cause her to die in battle.

This jutsu is only ever used as a last resort, or when Genkaku can otherwise restore the chakra he loses during the jutsu. Otherwise, he will take as many soldier pills as he can, or draw out chakra from others using his Barrier Dome of Nothingness and Chakra Absorption techniques.

Description: A highly advanced sealing technique that is capable of absorbing any chakra, regardless of any spacial or nature transformation, and dispersing it within one's body by spinning the chakra within one's body in the opposite direction. As a result, this technique can absorb any ninjutsu technique, regardless of power, without harming the user. [Restricted to one use per topic]

A nice application, a few things need addressing:

-For an Akatsuki, I'd really like a minimum age of 18. They're all adults, and I can't really see anyone younger being a member.

-Tone down the 'special characteristics' a little, the 'able to fool other masters' (especially when Gen is a sub) and extremely high 'chakra control & capacity' (I won't allow anyone massive advantage over others without extreme drawbacks) are just a little over the top.

-Blocking Technique Absorbtion Seal - change to S rank and that it is restricted to one use per topic.

-Creation Rebirth - this is fine, but I will monitor its use. It can only be used once and then a significant time period must pass before another use (a couple of months in RP).

-Illusionary Nine Dragon Seal - by all means, keep this, but there are no Bijuu on this site.

-Dead Demon Consuming Seal - this technique actually requires that the user die with the target. Essentially it is one of the most likely certain-kill moves, but is always a certain-own-death move.

Okay, now the Kekkei Genkai I have a few problems with. Firstly, it is essentially a hybrid of the Byakugan and Sharingan. This is overpowered. Secondly, you need to make what it can actually do clearer, without referring to the established doujutsu (Sharingan/Byakugan).

Background Information // RP Sample:

History:
Pre-Academy Arc
Genkaku was not born into any specific grouping of shinobi, though his mother was a higher-ranking medical Kunoichi of some renown, and his father was a puppet master formerly of Sunagakure, though he left the village when he retired from Shinobi duties.
The two met within the Rice Country when they were much younger, in their teen years. They were both on missions on the behalf of their respective kage's, and were actually assigned to assassinate one-another, as part of a 'great plan' and such.
They fell in love as soon as they first saw one-another, and both fled their respective camps for a short trist in the middle of a field in some not-so far off plains. His mother, names Aijou, found out she was pregnant through the usual means,every morning and through most of the days she felt ill, and her weight, which was usually between 100 and 110 pounds sky-rocketed to about 160 to 170 pounds.
A few months after the initial discovery, her child was born, she named him Kansei, Genkaku, after her lovers family name, and raised him with the help of a few of her friends, though the child did not know his father until the man retired on the day of his fifth birthday.

Academy Arc
This is when the boys life took a sudden, and rather painful change. It was one of large gains and losses, and one that would all but haunt the boy for years to come. The boy was out walking with his father on said fateful day, and found himself in the middle of Otogakure's main street, where many of the usual horse-and-cart types hurried about. A teeth-knattering sound rang through the air as a horse bolted from it's master, taking it's assigned cart it, and heading through the street, the same exact street the boy was in.
A short distance away from the horse, the boy ran towards his favourite shop, a sweet shop on the opposite side of the street. He tripped on a over-lapping paving stone and fell forwards into the cold street, tears welling up his eyes for a small moment, before he remembered that he was no longer a baby, and should not cry over small things. Sadly, before the child could fully rise, the horses hooves found their footing. Ontop of the childs out-stretched arms, crushing most of the bones in the boys arms.

The childs screams found the ears of his father, who flew into the air in fear of his sons life, and grabbed the boys feet, tugging him away from the raging beast. He clutched the boy tightly, his own eyes filled with bitter tears. The next thing the boy knew, he was waking inside of a bright white room, where he was surrounded by numerous figures, only one of whom he knew, his mother. Outside the window, he saw the pacing figure of his father, and felt a cold item holding his arms together. His mother explained that he had been 'gifted' with a pair of sound-based tubes of metal that he would be able to use later in life, and that they helped hold the bones together in his arms.

Genin Arc
The boy lived a truly ordinary life despite this difference. He found that he was quite intelligent for his age. Soon after the boys injuries healed, his father taught him about why he was really as special as his parents always told him. He was part of some grand clan in some far off village, which in the the times the boy lived in, had become small and diminished. Soon, they moved to konohagakure, and the boy met his only true friend, a boy named 'Night', who he felt he had to protect for some odd reason. Genkaku was forever re-appear at nights with numerous different cuts and bruises from the numerous fights the two seemed to get into with others who feared both the boys clans.

Chuunin Arc
Because of his sky-high intellect and obvious Genjutsu talents, Genkaku was entered into the Konaha team of the chuunin examinations three years before his genin class mates. He was placed on a mixed village team with a girl from Kusagakure and a boy a year older than him who was from Mizugakure. The team didn't exactly meld perfectly as the three found themselves fighting about childish things such as who's village was the largest, or who's Kage was the strongest. After a short while, Genkaku found this to be extremely annoying, and simply bide his until he could act.

Regardless of their ignorant views of one-another and constant feuding, the team easily destroyed the rest of the Chuunin examination competition and passed the first round. The boy then easily progressed to the third round of the examination, and was pitted against the seventeen year old genin, the same boy who had previously been teamed with him. He killed the boy in one jutsu and found himself well on his way to the final round of the chuunin exams which he easily passed. All the winners of this round were then rounded up and 'sworn in' as such, they were given a light green camo vest and each sent out to do harder missions alone.

Akatsuki Arc
Genkaku founds no reason to truly stay within Konohagakure after the Chuunin exams. He had already figured out far before this time that he was simply a pawn in the grand plans of his village. He found himself wondering why he would put his life on the line for something so stupid, something that could quite literally end it all, something that he truly did not believe in. In a very un-characteristic fit of burning, blinding rage, the boy slaughtered the guards of the Hokage mansion and attacked the Hokage at the time, fighting him to a draw using the many techniques the boy had found from numerous scrolls.

Obviously, as a Chuunin, Genkaku had only a small amount of techniques in his hands, so could only disable the Kage before making his final escape from Konoha. He ran and ran until finally, he stopped within a forest in Land of Forests, or Mori no Kuni as it is traditionally named, and only because he damn near ran straight into a man who lay in the middle of a path running through the woods, and who seemed to wear some sort of dark black robes with a red pattern on it.

After chatting to this man for a short period, Genkaku was told that the man was the leader of some sort of organization, not one known to very many people at all, only the Kage's, it's members, and the Kage's top shinobi. Of course, Genkaku knew simply from this that the group he had stumbled upon wasn't exactly the most lawful of organizations, which simply drew him closer.

After a short time of staying with the man and his group, Genkaku started training under the man, who he had found out to be named Myoushu. Myoushu trained the in numerous genjutsu, ninjutsu and fuinjutsu, and soon the boy had grown in more ways that one. He had become quite motherly to the rest of the Akatsuki members, though was quite stern and had an authoritative streak. Soon after his eighteenth birthday, and in disguise, Genkaku was prowling the outer limits of his former huant of Konohagakure, and found himself to spot a boy around his age, an Uchiha. He had watched the shinobi numerous times in the past and after the fifth time, he asked the Uchiha to join the organization, to which the raven-haired youth agreed.

Soon after this, Genkaku's new life was turned up-side down by the sudden illness that struck his mentor and father-figure Myoushu, who had randomly started to vomit up blood and fall into fits of pain. After only a fortnight, the now elderly man wrote a will which stated that only his 'son' Genkaku would take over his position, and no one else. So, after the man was dead and buried, the still fresh chuunin-come evil organization boss was propped into his new position as leader.

RP Sample: As he stood at his usual haunt, a sky-high pirch in the middle of a cave which allowed the youth to scan the horizon, and at the same time be fully hidden behind a wall of thick moss, ivy and other greenery. Usually, a show of weakness wasn't the best thing to do, yes this place was like a psychopathic family, but they preferred NOT to share their feelings with the other testosterone-filled males within this nice lil' clique they called Akatsuki. Sadly for anyone who got in the teens way, today was a very special day, it was both his birthday, and the day a very special person left him. The worst thing for Genkaku about this situation was the fact that he didn't even know if the girl was alive or dead, he didn't know if she found a good life for herself, or was rotting in the ground.

The anger boiled up in his short, albeit quite attractive body, causing his right hand to form into the shape of a fist. His torso turned to the right, a huge rock wall stood against him, his eyes peering through it, a hood covered his face at all times, if only the members had asked to see his face, they would be able to, it was only for the fact that he preferred not to that he kept his hood up. He simply forced his fist straight into the middle of the wall, causing it to come down all around him, effectively burying him. His hand would then be instantly pulled out of the wall, before being pushed upwards, the palm shattering a huge boulder into tiny pieces.

A low, guttural, almost animalistic scream appeared from his form, his lungs burning as he did so, his form shook and more of the stones and mortal fell from their surroundings, the entire cave shook with the pure intensity of his rage.

"GRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!!!!!" he screams, tears almost evident as they contrast, almost beautifully with her crimson red eyes, a weakness that may one day regress upon him. He turns on his heels, body brimming with pure rage. He knew if he did not escape his comrades, he would most probably injure one of them, or worse. As his body turns towards the group, a part of his anger instantly subsided, they were almost like a second family to him. He walked towards them, and straight past them, simply muttering something as he passes. There would be none of his usual prim-and-proper eloquence or elegant demeanor within these words, simply cold, harsh and biting, like the winter air about today.

Age up. It will be weird to have an Akatsuki leader the same age as the majority of the Akatsuki members.

Right-o. If you are running for leader then another age increase would be appropriate for the reasons Genesis gave.

Almost everything appears fine to me, but I need to clear something up with you - the Akigan illusion-creating ability. That will not be useable without the appropriate jutsu to go with it. I.e. You can't just say "I cast such-and-such with the Akigan. This happens." I need templated jutsu for that. In addition, I want you to understand that the predictive ability of the Akigan must be absolutely minimal (even less than the Sharingan).
