Description: Two blazes of "dragonheads" will form in each hand and can be flown to a target, this target will be burned and incinerated. It can punch through metal and has a dangerous and harzadous heating source.

Name: Earth Style: Earth Clone Jutsu

Description: A technique used to make clones out of mud and earth. This clones would have a warlike personality and can explode themselves to recreate them with remaining chakra stored in them.

Element: Fire/Lighting
Description: A Raikiri made of lighting and fire chakra. Only Egress could use this jutsu and it is powerful enough to overcome a powerful jutsu.

Name: Fire Style: Phoenix Flower Fireball

Element: Fire
Description: A jutsu where the user blows numberous fireballs, then these fireballs will explode and seperate into inferno flames or mini-phoenix flower balls and shoot like a meteorite shower where if the enemy attempts to dodge it, they will get hit.

Description: The user sends out a chakra signal to the heavens and take control of the clouds in the sky. The user can manipulate these clouds of thunder to attack multiple enemies with lighting dragon strikes.

Name: Wind Style: Death Tornado of Destruction (copied and retransformed)

Element: Wind
Description: A jutsu where it creates a violent tornado of wind to suck up the enemy. Once the enemies is in the tornado, they will be shredded in it and unable to move becasue of the wind pressure.

Name: Slicing Winds (copied and retransformed)
Rank: A
Type: Ninjutsu
Element: Wind
Description: The user uses his Wind chakra and uses wind blades to dangeroulsy slice the enemy from nowehre. It's very diffcult to dodge.

Soul Heaven Punisher: No "soul" techniques. And Kirin is already an S ranked technique, so I don't see how this can be twice as powerful. Fix or remove.

Father of Space and Time: No time-related techniques. This is too much like the Hiraishin (Flying Thunder God) technique, which is banned. On those counts, please remove this.

Other techniques: Individually, the rest are all fine. However, you can only have one/two elements for your character. Between these techniques, there are four different elements. You'll need to choose two elements and delete the other jutsu that aren't of these elements.
