Elite Jounin is NOT the same as Special Jounin. Special Jounin does not exist on this forum, and neither does ANBU. However, I have added a new rank, for "la creme de la creme" of the Jounin shinobi. These guys are as near to Sannin as you can get, but their numbers are less restricted. Their available jutsu (both quantity and rank) reflect this.
